2. I/We confirm that, if the information I input on your webpage is of any third parties, I/We have been fully authorized by the third parties to disclose their information to make this registration.
3. I/We declare and warrant that all information and supporting documents provided by me/us in connection with this application are true, accurate and complete at all times. I/We shall promptly notify X STAR in writing if there are any changes to the information provided.
4. I/We understand that X STAR may reject my/our application at its sole discretion without providing any reasons or explanations.
5. I/We agree that X STAR reserves the right to request additional information from me/us when assessing my/our application. If any of the above information or supporting documents provided in connection with my/our application are found to be false or inaccurate, X STAR may revoke or void the approval even after the approval is granted.
6. I/We hereby authorize and give consent to X STAR, its related companies, agents and/or other third parties to conduct authentication and account management checks on me/us as X STAR may deem necessary. I/We consent to X STAR transferring, storing, processing and/or dealing with my personal data and/or business information outside Singapore provided that X STAR will comply with the laws of Singapore.
7. I/We agree to comply to the terms and conditions and other policies of your Dealer Portal platform in the event that my application is approved.
